Pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948 and section 64(3) of the Conservation Act 1987, it is hereby declared that the Department of Conservation has held an enquiry and, with the approval of the Minister of Land Information, the undermentioned lease has been forfeited on the grounds set out in section 146(2)(d) and that the land is thereby reverted to land subject to section 62 of the Conservtion Act 1987.
