Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of an urupā (0.1500 hectares more or less), and a Marae to be known as Tokikapu Marae (1.8097 hectares more or less), for the common use and benefit of the Ruapuha hapū of the Ngāti Maniapoto Tribe.
