Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of June 2020, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 June 2020, Notice No. ln2597, by

1. deleting the heading in that notice and replacing it instead with the heading “Land Acquired for Roading Purposes, Nukumaru Station Road, Waverley, Whanganui District”; and by
2. deleting the sub-heading in that notice and replacing it instead with the sub-heading “Wellington Land District-Whanganui District”

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
