- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Southland District Council.
- Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in Second Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance, and once taken, that:
- the land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Record of Title SL5C/723; and
- the land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in SL5B/1142 subject to Building Act certificate 253432.1.
