Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule is set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and learning of the rangatahi, to be known as Horowhenua No 3D. No 6 Block Māori Reservation, for the common use and benefit of the Muaupoko Iwi.
