Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Southland District Council, and pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be stopped, and once stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Record of Title SL9D/786 subject to Mortgage 265970.2 and Variation of Mortgage 8016995.1, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
