Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Statutory Land Manager for the Dunedin Service Centre of the Department of Conservation, declares that Part of the Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule, and known as Raglan Recreation Reserve is to be known as the Papahua Recreation Reserve.
