Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 887163, subject to Easement Instrument 9562502.18, Easement Instrument 9562502.21, Easement Instrument 10223526.1 and subject to mortgage 9727205.3 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
