1. Pursuant to section 24 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014, the Minister for Veterans gives notice of the amendment of one Statement of Principles for the purposes of the Act.

2. The amendment takes effect on the date of the publication of this notice.

3. The amendment is:

intervertebral disc prolapse (Balance of Probabilities version only) 92/2020, to be read as compiled with 44/2016.

4. This amended Statement of Principles is available on the website of the Australian Government Repatriation Medical Authority www.rma.gov.au.
