In the notice with the above title, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 2020, Notice No. 2020-go5733, an incorrect Formulation Type was quoted in the notice and other information that should have been included in the original notice after the General Use Claim was omitted.

The correct Formulation Type is:

Oral anthelmintic for administration of deer. Dose rate 0.4mg moxidectin/kg, 18mg oxfendazole/kg and 12mg levamisole/kg
