Pursuant to schedule 7 clause 4 of the Public Service Act 2020, the Deputy Public Service Commissioner has reappointed:

Julie Read to the position of Director and Chief Executive, Serious Fraud Office from 1 March 2021 to 28 February 2022, following acceptance by the Governor-General of New Zealand in Council of the Deputy Public Service Commissioner’s recommendation; and

Naomi Ferguson to the position of Commissioner of Inland Revenue and Chief Executive, Inland Revenue from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022, following acceptance by the Governor-General of New Zealand in Council of the Deputy Public Service Commissioner’s recommendation; and

Peter Mersi to the position of Secretary for Transport and Chief Executive, Ministry of Transport from 18 July 2021 to 17 July 2024, following acceptance by the Governor-General of New Zealand in Council of the Deputy Public Service Commissioner’s recommendation.
