Pursuant to section 82(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Philip Stoner Twyford, Minister of Transport, hereby designate the Airways Corporation of New Zealand Limited, Air Traffic Control Centre, situated at 5 Leonard Isitt Drive, Auckland Airport, located on 2,940m² more or less being part of the land contained in allotment number 508, Parish of Manurewa, Auckland, as a security designated navigation installation.
