Pursuant to clause 9 of Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen in right of New Zealand, acting through the Associate Deputy Secretary Operational Delivery, Sector Enablement and Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and The Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington, the Proprietor of

St Teresa’s School, Featherston (3023).

The supplementary integration agreement was executed on 15 September 2020.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public by writing to enquiries.national@education.govt.nz or by visiting www.education.govt.nz.
