Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 22 September 2020.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act Notice 2013—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“principal notice”) published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 September 2015, Issue No. 98, Notice No. 2015-go5346.
2. Schedule 1 of the principal notice is amended in respect of “Central Regional Forensic Mental Health Service”
   1. by omitting the name and title
      “Susanna Every-Palmer, psychiatrist, of Wellington” and
   2. substituting the name and title
      “Jackie Short, psychiatrist, of Wellington”.
