Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 February 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Samara Kurta, in respect of Newmarket Childcare Centre (20117), situated at 6A Seccombes Road, Newmarket, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
