Pursuant to section 170(3) of the Education and Training Act 2020, and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the following election timetables:

1. For the parent representative by-election for the Macleans Primary School (1388) Board, I extend the date to call for nominations, and all subsequent actions required by the Education (Board Elections) Regulations 2000. The call for nominations will now commence by 28 August 2020 and voting for the election will now close at noon on Friday 25 September 2020.
2. For the staff representative by-election for the Whangaparaoa School (Auckland) (1571) Board, I extend the date to call for nominations, and all subsequent actions required by the Education (Board Elections) Regulations 2000. The call for nominations will now begin by 28 August 2020, and voting for the election will now close at noon on Friday 25 September 2020.
3. For the first election of parent representatives for the Waatea School Board (880) I extend the voting period, and all subsequent actions required by the Education (Board Elections) Regulations 2000. The voting for the election will now close at noon on Friday 4 September 2020.
4. For the first elections of parent representatives for the South Auckland Middle School (876) and Middle School West Auckland (877) Combined Board, I extend the voting period, and all subsequent actions required by the Education (Board Elections) Regulations 2000. The voting for these elections will now close at noon on Friday 4 September 2020.

This notice takes effect the day of publication.
