1. On 15 August 2020, the Director-General of Health granted individual exemptions numbers [090], [091], [101], [106], [111], [112], [119], [121], [123], [127], [128], [129], [137], [140], [151], [159], [160], [161], [162], [163], [164], [165], [166], [167], [168], [170], [171], [173], [174], [175], [176], [190], [191], [192], [198], [201], [205], [206], [207], [210], [211], [212], [215], [219], [220], [234], [237], [242], [254] to individuals under clause 27 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Alert Levels 3 and 2) Order 2020.
- The exemptions commenced at 11.59pm on 15 August 2020 and ceases at expiry of the Order.
- The terms of these exemptions are these persons must travel from their home for the purpose of caring for or supporting a vulnerable person in the applicable location.
- The exemptions were granted with the following conditions: the individuals must travel for the purpose identified and the individual should travel as directly as reasonably possible to care for and/or support their relative.
2. On 15 August 2020, the Director-General of Health granted individual exemption number [014] to a group of individuals under clause 27 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Alert Levels 3 and 2) Order 2020.
- The exemption commenced at 11.59pm on 15 August 2020.
- The terms of the exemption [103] is that the individuals must travel into Auckland for the purpose of accompanying their mother to the Auckland airport. The individual must then return directly to Dunedin.
- The exemptions were granted with the following conditions: the individuals must travel for the purpose identified and the individual should travel as directly as reasonably possible to care for and/or support their relative.
