Under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby dissolve the Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Waiuku (3102) Board and direct the Secretary for Education or delegate to appoint a commissioner to replace that Board.

This notice takes effect on date of publication.
