1. This is the Funded Family Care (Revocation) Amendment Notice 2020.

2. This notice is a legal document issued by the Honourable Jenny Salesa, Associate Minister of Health, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, for the Crown.

3. This notice is issued under section 88 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000.

Effective Date and Application

4. This notice amends The Funded Family Care Notice 2013 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 2013, No. 131, page 3670), including subsequent amendments to it by the Funded Family Care Amendment Notice 2020 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 January 2020, Notice No. 2020-go70) and is effective from 29 September 2020.

Amendments

5. Effective as of 29 September 2020, The Funded Family Care Notice 2013, including subsequent amendments to it, is hereby revoked in its entirety.
