Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 November 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Katerina Te Huia, in respect of Te Kāinga Pōtiki - Choices Early Childhood Centre (45547), situated at 208 Southampton Street West, St Leonards, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
