Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I give notice that on or about 8 June 2020, the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Phil Twyford, Minister of Transport, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act (restrictions on borrowing), for the New Zealand Transport Agency to borrow from Her Majesty the Queen in Right of New Zealand under a specific agreement and within a specified limit.
