In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, notice is hereby given that on 15 May 2018, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, that Jinyue Young be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of 15 months commencing 28 March 2018.

On 13 September 2019 the High Court issued a judgment recording the appeal against this order was dismissed.
