In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 11399408.4 (“Mortgage”) over the property at 19 Glenfiddich Road, Jack’s Point, Queenstown, being the land legally described as Lot 4166 Deposited Plan 486394 and contained in Record of Title Identifier 693429 (“Property”).

Notice is hereby given that on 8 September 2020, Chen An Limited (“Mortgagee”), pursuant to the Mortgage, entered into possession of the Property.
