I intend to remove the following companies from the Overseas Register under section 341(3) of the Companies Act 1993 on the grounds that I am satisfied that the companies have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

MOHANDUS FIBER GLASS (PRIVATE) LIMITED
PIKITIA LIMITED
PRO-X-INTERIORS PTY LIMITED

Unless written objection to the removal of any of the above companies on the grounds that they are still carrying business in New Zealand is delivered to the Registrar by 10 December 2020, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Overseas Register.
