Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Company Nos.: 6163208, 2483250, 5690369, 5803702, 2360568, 6305408

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, joint liquidators of the above-named companies, hereby give notice of their intention to remove these companies from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 17 April 2020.
