Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

LINKLATERS LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in the United Kingdom, and also registered to carry on business in New Zealand as an overseas limited partnership under Part 3 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 (“Act”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 113(1)(a) of the Act, that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that it will give notice to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months after publication of this notice stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
