Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

P F OLSEN TISA PTY LIMITED is a company registered in Australia which is also registered on the New Zealand Overseas Company Register.

The company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand as at 9 January 2020 and now gives public notice that it will apply to the Registrar of New Zealand Companies to remove its registration in New Zealand.
