1. On 21 October 2020, an application for putting LATITUDE DYNAMIX HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2020-470-100. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 7 December 2020 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
