Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004—Two-aspect Cycle Signals Trial Amendment Number Two

Pursuant to subclause 3.4(1) of Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the NZ Transport Agency, I, Glenn Bunting, Manager Network Safety, make the following amendments to the “two-aspect cycle signal trial” notice, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 April 2018, Notice No. 2018-au1574 and to the New Zealand Gazette, 4 September 2018, Notice No. 2018-au4381

  1. Amend the interim report, end of trial and final report dates for the following locations;

  1. For the NZ Transport Agency locations identified in clause 1 of this notice, amend the interim report dates in clause 3 of New Zealand Gazette, 4 September 2018, Notice No. 2018-au4381 to “2 March 2020”.
  2. For the locations identified in clause 1 of this notice, amend the date for the end of the trial in Schedule 4—Location of New Zealand Gazette, 4 April 2018, Notice No. 2018-au1574 to “31 December 2020”.
  3. For the locations identified in clause 1 of this notice, amend the date for the final report in Schedule 5—Evaluation of New Zealand Gazette, 4 April 2018, Notice No. 2018-au1574 to “1 March 2021”.
