The Privacy Commissioner invites public submissions on the proposed repeal and replacement of the Telecommunications Information Privacy Code 2003 and the Civil Defence National Emergencies (Information Sharing) Code 2013 under section 33(3) of the Privacy Act 2020. The replacements will implement changes that have been enacted in the Privacy Act 2020.
