Notice of Exemptions From the Maritime Rules and the Marine Protection Rules

Pursuant to sections 47(3) and 395(3) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions from the Maritime Rules and the Marine Protection Rules during the period 24 March 2020 to 14 May 2020 inclusive:
