Pursuant to section 73 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, notice is hereby given that Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited was registered as a bank on 18 May 2020.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited is incorporated in the People’s Republic of China and will operate in New Zealand as a branch. A New Zealand subsidiary of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has been registered to provide banking services in New Zealand since November 2013.
