Pursuant to section 452 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand gives notice that the Marine Protection (Parts 102 and 131) Amendment Rules 2020, signed on 21 April 2020 and coming into force on 27 May 2020, incorporates the following material by reference in Part 102:

EED 8/86 (the standard form policy wording for energy exploration and development insurance developed by the Joint Rig Committee in 1986)

The material incorporated by reference described above is available for inspection by appointment free of charge at the Maritime New Zealand office listed below during the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday:
