Notice is hereby given that on 2 November 2020, Andrew McKay and Andrew Bethell, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company under the terms of a general security agreement dated 4 April 2017.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
