Notice of Appointment of Receivers

John Howard Ross Fisk and Lara Maree Bennett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 13 October 2020, under the terms of security agreements entered into by the Bank of New Zealand on 4 April 2018 and 15 January 2020, the Bank of New Zealand did appoint us joint and several receivers of all the undertakings, property and assets of DENTALCARE GROUP LIMITED, AVONDALE SMILECARE LIMITED, GREENHITHE DENTALCARE LIMITED, DENTALCARE WEST LIMITED and EPSOM DENTAL CARE LIMITED secured by the security agreement, with each and all of the powers conferred to the receivers under the provisions of the security agreement and at law.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
