Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 13 October 2020, John Howard Ross Fisk and Lara Maree Bennett, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of DENTALCARE GROUP LIMITED, GREENHITHE DENTALCARE LIMITED, DENTALCARE WEST LIMITED and EPSOM DENTAL CARE LIMITED under the terms of security agreements dated 4 April 2018, as well as AVONDALE SMILECARE LIMITED under the terms of a security agreement dated 15 January 2020.

The property in receivership is all of the companies’ undertakings, properties and assets.
