John Howard Ross Fisk and Malcolm Grant Hollis, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several as receivers of TAMARIND TARANAKI LIMITED at 9.17am on 19 December 2019 under the terms of a security deed dated 3 July 2019. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertakings, properties and assets.
