Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Neale Jackson and Natalie Burrett, accredited insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 15 July 2020 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 30 August 2015.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All the assets and undertaking of the company.
