Notice of Appointment and Resignation of Receiver and Manager

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 8 and 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that:

• On 17 June 2020, Damien Grant was appointed receiver and manager of the above-mentioned company in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property and all other property under the powers contained within a sale and purchase agreement dated 24 February 2020 and a general security agreement dated 28 February 2020; and
• On 23 June 2020 at 4.00pm the receivership of the above-named company ended and Damien Grant resigned as receiver and manager.
