Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as receiver of HUDSON AUTO REPAIRS LIMITED on 14 December 2019 under the powers contained in instruments dated 2 October 2018 (GSA) and 2 October 2018 (SSA1) which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.

Thomas Lee Rodewald was also appointed as receiver of HUDSON AUTO REPAIRS LIMITED on 18 December 2019 under the powers contained in an instrument dated 17 September 2019 (GSA), which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.

Thomas Lee Rodewald was also appointed as receiver of NEIL FREDERICK HUDSON on 14 December 2018 under the powers contained in an instrument dated 2 October 2018 (GSA).

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as receiver of BOP CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL AUTO LEASING LIMITED on 18 December 2018 under the powers contained in an instrument dated 31 May 2018 (GSA) which consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
