Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

I, John Marshall Scutter, give notice that on 9 January 2020, I was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company, of all present and after-acquired personal and real property of the company pursuant to a registered general security deed 25 July 2017 and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 20 July 2017.
