Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Notice is hereby given that on 13 March 2020, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Gregory John Sherriff, CPA of Auckland, was appointed receiver of the company pursuant to a factoring facility agreement dated 28 August 2019 and a general security agreement dated 28 August 2019.
