Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practioner, was appointed liquidator of the above company by resolution of shareholders on Tuesday 31 December 2019 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

This is the liquidation of a solvent company and the directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
