Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company on 25 February 2020 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 7 April 2020 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
