Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 23 February 2020 at 3.00pm appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 3 April 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority.
