Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association of New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CHANDRA’S ACTIVE SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 17 December 2019 at 10.42am.

We fix 28 February 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
