The above solvent company was placed into liquidation, have ceased trading and have no assets and liabilities of significance. The shareholders have resolved to liquidate the company.

Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Robert John Willis, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-mentioned company on 4 February 2020 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 29 February 2020 as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
