Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 November 2020 at 3.00pm, Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp, both Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed interim liquidators of the company by the High Court of Auckland.

A hearing of the application for the appointment of liquidators to the company has been set down for 11 December 2020 at 11.45am.
