Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Garry Whimp, accredited insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of the above-named incorporated society, pursuant to a resolution passed by members at a meeting held on 1 November 2020.

The liquidation commenced on 10 November 2020 at 9.00am.

The undersigned does hereby fix 18 December 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation. James Hardie New Zealand Limited has ceased to manufacture in New Zealand and therefore most members of James Hardie Social Club Incorporated have been made redundant.
