Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named incorporated society, pursuant to a resolution passed by members at a meeting held on 18 August 2020.

The liquidation commenced at 9.00am on 26 August 2020.

The undersigned does hereby fix 25 September 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the association are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
